Team:
Part of the Product Development Department, the User Experience Team is seeking an intern at the Master 1 level in UX Design who is eager to actively contribute to the development and optimization of our user-centered design tools. This internship, lasting at least two months, will allow you to work in an international environment, closely collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Objectives:
- Optimization of Existing Personas: Ensure consistency and qualitative uniformity across approximately forty current personas by identifying and eliminating duplicates.
- Measuring Impact: Develop and formalize evaluation indicators and methodologies to guarantee the effectiveness of personas in supporting UX projects.
- Adoption of Personas: Encourage and structure the integration of personas into the UX practices of the teams by facilitating their understanding and daily use.
Missions:
- Review and Analysis of Existing Personas: Examine approximately forty current personas with the aim of identifying potential duplicates, verifying the uniformity of quality levels, and proposing improvement avenues for optimal coherence.
- Conducting Qualitative Interviews: Interview users to gather insights that will help refine or enhance the current definitions of representative personas.
- Evolution and Structuring of Persona Models: Verify the adequacy of existing persona templates and models against findings from user research, and adjust these models accordingly to ensure their relevance.
- Implementation of Quality Indicators: Propose and implement a rigorous evaluation methodology aimed at measuring the relevance and effectiveness of personas in UX projects.
- Dissemination of UX Best Practices: Promote the use of personas within the teams and contribute to evangelizing user-centered methodologies.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be involved in supporting UX projects by collaborating with UX designers.
Profile:
- Student in M1 (or equivalent) specializing in UX Design or a related field, available for an internship of at least 2 months
- Knowledge: Mastery of the fundamental principles of ergonomics and UX.
- Analytical Skills: Rigor, precision, and the ability to analyze and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Personal Qualities: Autonomy, curiosity, initiative, and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Languages: A good command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Team Spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
