The Sales Coordinator is responsible for:

Supporting the International Sales & Logistics teams and ensure seamless order flow by processing and tracking Sales Orders & resolving customer concerns and questions. Maintaining and documenting sales reports and completing ad-hoc reporting tasks to capture necessary information/data. Serve as the pivotal link between the International Sales team and various cross-functional departments.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

• Manage onboarding/setup process for new customers, detail any customer requirements and liaise with Logistics and Accounting as needed
• Manage new item creation, maintain and track SKU specifications, perform product listing optimization and appropriate maintenance with key accounts
• Manage purchase order intake process from >30 International customer accounts, route them for fulfillment with our Logistics team and proactively identify and communicate issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Supporting all customers: communicating product launches and inventory levels, distributing marketing and sales assets such as product presentations, price lists, item specification sheets, product images and video assets
• Provide incidental back up cover for 3PL Operations

WHAT WE NEED:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or operations support
• Knowledge of order fulfillment and ERP systems is highly valued
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to recalibrate priorities as business dynamics and demands shift
