Support External Wholesalers across multiple regions in a fundraiser and sales support role by initiating outbound calls, emails, marketing campaigns and ad-hoc requests

Partner closely with External Wholesalers to cultivate new prospects within the RIA and Multi-Family Office channels

Liaise with Financial Advisors at banks, wirehouses, independent broker-dealers and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs)

Provide comprehensive after-sales support for Financial Advisors by communicating on fund/firm/market updates

Follow up with Advisors after in-person and virtual meetings to provide additional information and inquire about further needs

Convert Financial Advisors who have yet to commit to alternative investments into allocators

Coordinate planning of roadshows/meetings/conference calls for External Wholesalers as well as other members within the Ardian organization

Develop deep understanding and product knowledge of Ardian's funds with strong positioning strategies

Work in coordination with External Wholesalers to create compelling marketing campaigns

Maintain and ascertain competitive intelligence by staying apprised of industry news, attending meetings, conferences and trainings
Required skills / profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

1-3 years in the financial services industry with a minimum of 1 year in a sales-oriented role

Excellent written and oral skills

Proven ability to cultivate relationships with strong presentation skills

Desire to work in a sales role within a larger Investor Relations business

Excellent organizational skills

Series 7 & 63 licenses (or equivalent) required
