Requirements:

1. Requirements:

• • Employees must be off new hire probation, extended probation, performance improvement plan and promotional probation.
  • Employees may not have had a corrective action (i.e. write up, PIP) within the last three months of the application.

1. Application Process:

• • All employees interested in internal promotions are required to apply through the internal job post: Internal Job Application
  • Applications must be completed in its entirety prior to submission to be considered. Which means all questions must be answered.

1. Submission Requirements:

• • To foster transparency, employees are encouraged to openly communicate with their direct supervisor about their interest in applying for other positions within the company. *(Supervisors are not allowed to deny or discourage the employee from applying and are encouraged to support employee).
  • Applicants are required to submit an updated resume reflecting their current skills and experiences.
  • A cover letter is optional but encouraged for applicants who wish to provide additional context to support their candidacy.

1. Assignment:

• • Depending on the nature of the position, employees may be required to complete an assessment assignment as part of the selection process.
  • Details of any required assessments will be communicated to the applicants during the evaluation process.
