As a Technical Program Manager Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing autonomy metrics and optimizing engineering process management tools. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in our engineering processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience in program management, data analysis, and workflow optimization while working with tools like Jira, Jama, etc. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and love solving complex problems, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Review autonomy metrics data to improve the accuracy.
  • Facilitate long-term solutions for autonomy metrics review and improvement.
  • Review testing data tagging and provide feedback to Operations team.
  • Define comprehensive engineering use cases for different tools, like Jira, Jama, and PlusGo.
  • Design the workflow among different tools according to the use cases and document the tools instructions.
  • Facilitate tool rollout to engineering team.

Required Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Possess an analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Passion for technology and autonomous driving industries.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with engineering process management tools such as Jira.
  • Knowledge of autonomy metrics and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
