About the Role
JOB POSITION: Intern
DEPARTMENT: Social
REPORTING TO: Social Director
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Planning
· Assist in developing social media strategies and content plans for social assets.
· Assist in organizing and ensuring content posts are kept up to date on the client documents and to alert when there are changes or blockers.
Social Media Content creation
· Prepare social research into current trends and topics to be made into social content for clients.
· Contribute to the development of creative content angles and ideas, including preparing design examples.
· Assist in content creation for social media posts, including, but not limited to, writing copies, preparing design examples, shooting and editing videos.
· Assist in preparing materials for review, approval and publishing.
Administrative/Organisational Skills
· Manage file keeping, ensuring all documents are properly stored and accessible.
· Support the preparation of presentation materials for internal and client meetings.
· Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
Event Coverage / Campaign
· Assist social team in covering client events and on-ground activities.
· Prepare event materials, such as mic, props, phone stand, talent sign off form, charging of devices, etc.
· Assist in preparing content for review, approval and publishing/
· Assist in post-event / campaign reports, including SWOT analysis and recommendations.
Influencer marketing
· Assist in identifying and researching potential influencers for client campaigns.
· Support the development of influencer engagement plan and execution of influencer outreach and engagement strategies.
· Coordinate influencer deliverables and track campaign performance.
· Monitor social media channels for influencer content and engagement.
Research for proposal (New business development)
· Conduct research on potential new business, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
· Assist in compiling data and insights for proposals and business development pitches.
· Monitor industry news and updates relevant to client businesses to the team.
