Job Summary:
This position will assist in all functions and processes managed by the Logo Sales Operations Department needed to support all types of orders. This role collaborates with many different departments to problem solve, analyze and coordinate the business processes related to logo order management. Tasks will have an emphasis on order book management, process improvement, and on time delivery.
Projects:
- Review cost and impact of new logo sizes/product qualification related to the logo team costs.
- Review current state process for logo reps and/or artists to identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings.
- Pull data related to embellishment programs to determine profitability of programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the logo rep team with order entry, identification of problem orders, and identify opportunities within the process for improvement.
- Learn business objects and help to develop reporting that determines program profitability/cost for embellishment types.
- Review and analyze the order book.
Required Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Excel and manipulating data.
- Individual with operations, statistics, or engineering focus.
Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Junior or senior in degree program. quantifiable experience with data sets and problem solving.
- Self-starter who brings ideas and doesn't need 100% direction.
