Program Duration:

Our program runs approximately 40 hours per week, June through mid-August.

What you will do:

This position will work with the 2-99 Commercial Sales Team supporting new sales, renewal business and account support activities for our small group and middle market client's.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support team with running reports on both a scheduled and ad hoc basis. 

  • Lead and assist in updates for a team wide resource by curating content, reviewing and creating job aids for processes and tasks that are supported by the Team.

  • Assist Sales and Account Management Team with technology and tools to obtain new business quotes and implementations, manage renewals and membership information.

  • Handle multiple projects from the Sales and Account Management Team and Sales and Account Management Leadership. This would require working with multiple Account Managers and Account Advisors  on  tasks and working with our internal partners to assist in Service issues for our customers.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • College Junior, Senior or recent college graduate.

  • Application knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, OneNote

  • Ability to communicate to all levels within the organization.

  • Ability to gather, categorize and prioritize information.

  • Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills

  • Capability to work in a hybrid environment, both at home and onsite
