Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding of new colleagues (e.g. system access, common folder access) and maintainance of the SharePoint.
- Provide support for UpsellGuru Program and eLearning Program.
- Provide support for DHS Program monitoring (e.g. cluster follow up)
- Provide support for STR (e.g. competitor set evaluation)
- Assist to monitor and validate data submission for various dashboards and report consolidation.
- Support newsletter article design.
- Provide support to the team on special projects when required.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Business, Business IT, Data Analytics, or Hospitality.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Excellent communications skills with a positive attitude, curious mind and detailed oriented.
- Commercially minded individual with a good sense of numbers and comfortable with analysing data.
