As a Product Intern at OneFootball, you will join, support, and develop your skills in our Content Experience Team. This team helps our external partners to deliver and publish their news and video content on the OneFootball website and apps.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, and wider members of the company and have the opportunity to get hands-on experience working in a fast-paced company that delights football fans globally. This is a truly unique opportunity to join a highly motivated team that is building the digital football experience of the future!
What will you do in this role?
- Attend meetings with the Content XP team and collaborate with engineers and engineering manager
- Help to create the team’s Jira tickets, ensuring they are well-documented and prioritised accordingly
- Manage and update the team's Jira board to keep track of deliverables
- Manage and update the requests coming into the team , ensuring smooth processing and prioritisation of requests.
- Support payment and reporting processes by maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for partners, ensuring smooth transitions
- Document meeting notes and actions for key discussions with internal teams
- Act as a communication bridge between teams, ensuring relevant stakeholders stay informed of updates and progress
- Keep documentation pages updated with the latest workflows and process changes
- Follow up with stakeholders on deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks
What we’re looking for…
- A highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate across teams and keep stakeholders informed
- A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative
- A keen interest in AI technologies, content discovery/delivery and user experience (UX).
- Basic familiarity with product management concepts (no prior experience required, but a strong curiosity and drive to develop in this area)
- Comfortable working with documentation and keeping internal resources up to date
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to assess and prioritise tasks effectively
