Job Description
Responsibilities
Investment Management
-
Originate and undertake all financial modelling for project analysis, development and evaluation
-
Conduct thorough research on various scales (country, city, local area) and sectors, along with financial analysis of real estate markets and identifying key market trends

Assist in underwriting including due diligence, and seeing through the entire process until the completion of deals

Prepare written reports and carry out presentations to the relevant management levels for approval
Portfolio Management
-
Portfolio monitoring of existing investments and performing of regular reporting functions, including the understanding of annual business plans for assets under management and monthly asset management reports to investors

Assisting respective fund managers in various fund-raising activities, such as in the preparation of investor presentations, handling investors’ RFPs and due diligence Q&A etc.

Assisting fund managers in various fund management activities such as performance analysis, hold-sell analysis, liquidity analysis, liaising with fund administrators and finance teams, ad-hoc compliance and tax review etc.
Asset Management

Assist in overseeing the performance of assets by analysing asset performance versus market benchmarks, managing partner relationships which involves the regular review of tenancy mix, asset positioning, implementing of effective marketing plans, and keeping control of operating expenses to maximise net operating income from assets

Assist in the preparation and review of comprehensive annual property business plans

Prepare monthly / quarterly / annual portfolio reports covering financial performance, leasing / sales status etc.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements

Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business, Banking & Finance, or any other related disciplines

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Prior knowledge in computer programming languages is advantageous

Meticulous and good with numbers
-
Good communication skills, competency in Japanese or Korean is a plus
