Job Description
You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited in enhancing and streamlining their portfolio management reporting through data visualisation dashboards.
Responsibilities

Assist in data collection, cleaning, and verifying accuracy of data from various sources

Assist in automating data extraction processes from Simplicity platform
-
Design and develop data visualisation dashboards and prototyping to provide comprehensive quarterly reporting for the relevant departments

Explore and implement interactive features, such as filters, drill-down options, and real-time updates, to make the dashboards more dynamic

Assist the team in exploring integration of additional features i.e. budget comparisons and critical building identification

Perform data validation and quality control checks

Prepare user training guides and documentation

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing a Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or any other related disciplines

Prior background in Finance or Real Estate would be a plus

Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Adept in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableu, Qlikview
-
Ability to delve into complex datasets and extract meaningful insights
-
Familiar with visualising trends from raw data with the ability to handle huge volume of data with ease and comfortability

Analytical and detail-oriented individual

Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
