Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Provide operational support to the People Solutions NA/Corporate People Solutions team.

• Schedule, organize, and coordinate internal meetings and help manage calendars.

• Attend and take active notes during team meetings across all departments within People Solutions, ensuring action items are documented and tracked.

• Assist with managing ongoing projects by providing support and coordination.

• Attend team meetings across all areas of People Solutions, including HR Service Center, Benefits, Compensation, Talent and Learning.

• Support the overall functioning of the NA/Corporate People Solutions team.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a bachelor’s degree program (i.e., or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

• Strong ability to identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

• High level of interpersonal, written, verbal communication/ influence skills, excellent presentation skills

• Highly organized and excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well on a team and collaborate effectively teams and functions.

The salary range for this position is:  if pursuing Bachelor's degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Master's degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
