Department
The Investor Relations (“IR”) department is the primary liaison between TKO and the investment community. The department oversees all aspects of TKO’s interactions with its current and prospective investors and analysts, including TKO’s quarterly earnings release and accompanying conference call as well as management’s participation in various industry conferences. IR also interacts regularly with TKO’s other functional areas such as Corporate Communications, Accounting, FP&A, Legal as well as TKO’s business units, including UFC and WWE.
Responsibilities

Prepare various analyses of TKO financial activity, including revenue, Adjusted EBITDA, EPS, Free Cash Flow, valuation, leverage and consensus estimates

Prepare various analyses of TKO operational activity, including media rights agreements, live events activity and sponsorship agreements

Prepare various analyses of peer and industry activity, including summaries of notable financial, operational and strategic developments

Assist the IR department with the quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of the earnings release, prepared remarks and Q&A prep document
-
Ad hoc projects and other duties as required.
Qualifications

Focus of degree and studies are specific to finance and/or related areas

Interested in finance and/or related areas such as public equity analysis, investment banking, corporate finance

Interested in the media and entertainment industry, in particular, sports, sports entertainment and live events

Program Details
We offer internship opportunities across WWE, UFC, and TKO Corporate. Locations include Stamford, CT; Las Vegas, NV, and New York City. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.
Important Dates

Recruitment Process
Our process consists of four steps.

4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.
Eligibility
We have a strong preference for rising seniors and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university.

Pay
We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country.
