Job Summary

Are you obsessed with beauty trends, stalking the latest influencer collabs, and live for a good unboxing moment? If you're the go-to friend for social media updates and have a thing for PR magic, keep reading - we've got the perfect gig for you.

We’re on the hunt for a creative, organized, beauty-obsessed intern to join our Integrated Marketing Communications team! You’ll get hands-on experience with influencer campaigns, events, and PR magic, all while working side-by-side with industry pros.


Responsibilities:

- Help dream up and execute influencer marketing campaigns (think fab PR boxes, buzz-worthy collabs, and more)

- Prep and manage influencer send-outs (yes, you’ll be hands-on with the glam goodies!)

- Stay ahead of the beauty curve by tracking trends and discovering fresh influencer talent

- Use cool tools like Tribe Dynamics and Traackr to monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs

- Keep an eye on what’s hot on social and share insights with the team

- Collaborate with our Social, PR, and Events squads to bring brand moments to life


Requirements:

- Are a Junior, Senior, or recent grad studying Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field

- Are based in Los Angeles and available to work in-office (hybrid)

- Are fluent in TikTok, Insta, and everything trending in the beautyverse

- Love working with a creative, cross-functional team

- Are detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and ready to learn
