Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Support people-related initiatives, including performance management, talent development, data analytics, wellness, M&A efforts, etc.

  • Assist with all aspects of the employee life cycle, from onboarding through offboarding.

  • Partner with centers of excellence to track, update, and drive process improvement for Human Relations initiatives and day-to-day tasks.

  • Act as a liaison between HR Business Partners and the HR Service Center.

  • Assist with tracking, planning and communications with HR Business Partner projects.

  • Assist with routine and ad-hoc reports, analyses, and metrics. Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and validity of critical business information.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a HR degree program (or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

  • Must possess knowledge of general HR practices.

  • Exposure to employment law or business law through coursework is preferred.

  • Must possess knowledge of MS Office; specifically, MS Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong organization and analytical skills, ability to set and work to deadlines.

The salary range for this position is: If pursuing Bachelors degree = $20/hour; if pursuing Masters degree = $25/hour; if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
