Job Description
You will be supporting the team on HR initiatives and new HR projects at Retail & Workspace.
Responsibilities

Provide recruitment support such as shortlisting, arranging of interviews and onboarding

Support the review and enhancement of recruitment processes, co-create, and drive HR initiatives at Retail & Workspace

Support the HR staff transfer process, offboarding process, exit interviews and HR reporting requirements

Plan and execute staff engagement activities and events
-
Assist with projects and tasks as assigned such as process improvement initiatives

Support in HR data analysis, HR reporting and preparation of presentation materials

Provide general HR administrative support such as staff requisition forms, recruitment analysis, invoice processing, and HR enquires

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements

Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or any other related disciplines

Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Possess the ability to multi-task and deliver timely and accurate work

Detail-oriented and meticulous
