Job Description
Responsibilities

Support the team in sourcing new qualified vendors to invite for tender and onboarding, including updating existing vendor information in the Ariba System where required

Assist in the preparation of contract documents to be awarded to vendor

Liaise with the Operations department on variation requirements, raise variation orders for approval, and send variation letters to vendors

Creation of Purchase Orders and Change Orders in the SAP System

Assist in tender / quotation calling for both Opex and Capex term contracts

Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, Quantity Surveying, or any other related disciplines

Possess analytical skills

Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately

Detail-oriented and meticulous
