Responsibilities:

  • Compile contact details for promotional pitch lists and conduct initial outreach (cold emailing).
  • Assemble partnership case studies for competitive recaps and client briefings.
  • Update and maintain client and partner-facing materials, e.g., client status reports & pitch presentations.
  • Document Allied-secured partnerships for internal company archives.
  • Research potential partners and industry trends to identify suitable brands for prospective campaigns.
  • Participate in creative team brainstorms for upcoming projects.
  • Other daily administrative tasks (data entry, etc.) as needed.


Applicants Must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age upon internship start date.
  • Be a currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program. 
  • Be able to work between 24-28 hours per week during operating hours Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm PT.
  • Live in the US and do not require sponsorship.

This position will be remote with an expectation to work Pacific Time hours for the foreseeable future. 


Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Knowledge of video game and/or esports industry preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures, basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.


Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person, via email and on the telephone.
  • Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
  • Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively.
  • Must be able to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary.
