What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of our dynamic engineering team, you'll gain valuable, hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment. Your role will include:

Exploring Engineering Plans – Learn how to interpret and work with engineering drawings and project details.

Digging into the Numbers – Perform quantity take-offs to support project cost estimates.

Getting Involved in Project Planning – Assist with project monitoring, scheduling, and progress tracking.

Building Your Technical Skills – Gain experience in computer modeling and engineering calculations.

Collaborating with Experts – Work closely with engineers, drafters, and support staff on innovative projects.

Producing Real Deliverables – Contribute to engineering drawings, reports, and cost estimates under the guidance of senior engineers.

Applying Industry Standards – Learn to use proper codes and standards in your engineering work.

Experiencing the Field – Get out of the office and attend site visits or inspections.

Who We’re Looking For:

Current undergraduate student (or higher) in an accredited Civil Engineering program.

Demonstrated interest in the Roads + Highways Engineering sector

Experience with MS Word, Excel, and engineering software.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation is a big plus.

Ability to be based on-site at our Phoenix office location is important.
