Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2025 Intern in the Generics & I.V. Fluids NAM Division to join our Human Resources team.
*U.S. work authorization required: Fresenius Kabi will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization.
*Pay rate is $19-$21 per hour, depending on completed academic years
*Fresenius Kabi does not provide a housing stipend or relocation assistance for summer internships
*This position requires working onsite 4 or 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Interns will have the opportunity to work in a variety of fields, including:
- Plan employee social and community activities.
- Prepare weekly employee newsletter.
- With manager direction, posts employee communications on social media channels
- Coordinate recognition programs; such as, service awards and Caring is You promotions.
- Coordinate quarterly random drug testing events.
- Run random background screens for Controlled Substance Screening program.
- Coordinate social and learning activities for summer interns including evening events.
- Assist Human Resources Administrator with reaching out to individual employees with follow-up questions on payroll, benefits or other administrative tasks needing follow up.
- Maintains bulletin board and electronic display communications.
Specific Skills/Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program; pursuing a related business field degree;
- Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore; and
- Must be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break
- Must commit to 8-10 weeks of internship
- Computer proficiency, Social Media literacy, good organization skills.
- Students majoring in communication, event planning or human resources would be most qualified.
