Program Duration:
Our intern program runs approximately 40 hours per week, June through mid-August.
This internship would be Hybrid with in office location in Eagan, MN
What you will do:
This intern will support the Channel Operations Team within Sales Commission and Analytics. Channel Ops works with agencies to prep them to sell BCBSMN Insurance, including completing audits of agency administrators. This intern will assist with updating agency contracts and performing administrator audits.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
- We require interns to be enrolled in an educational program during the duration of the internship program.
- Sophomore, Junior or Senior as of Summer 2025 pursuing a degree in Business, Law, Communications or a related major
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong Technical Competency: Must demonstrate proficiency in various software applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a customer service orientation
- Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skill
- Capability to work in a hybrid environment, both at home and onsite at least 2 days per week.
Preferred:
- Experience with legal contracts

Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a combination of working onsite and remotely. Onsite is full-time onsite.
Compensation and Benefits
$22.00 - $23.00 - $24.00 Hourly
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
