What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Your mission is to create value for our users, our partners, and Kleinanzeigen. As a Business development intern in Motors, you will work closely with the Motors business area lead, supporting business development initiatives, day-to-day operations, managing new and existing partnerships and working with colleagues across product, tech, analytics to deliver projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development of business cases and creating concepts for our initiatives to advance our Motors business in collaboration with our partner mobile.de 

• Actively supporting operational and strategic project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives in the area of product, marketing and user experience etc

• Gathering data and insights to enhance the understanding of our business performance and identify future opportunities

• Managing relationships with various external partners including financing, payment, insurance providers etc. (both existing and new)

Your profile:

• You are currently studying business management, economics or a related field and must be enrolled for at least 2 semesters at a university in Germany.

• You have prior work experience, ideally in consulting, e-commerce or a high growth startup

• You have good communication skills, and are fluent in both English and German

• You have strong analytical and project management skills, coupled with conceptual skills and a hands-on attitude. 

• You are confident handling Google and MS office suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) as well as Slack 

• You are a self starter, detail oriented and enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams.
