Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support in ideation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, encompassing both performance and social media initiatives.
- Assist in consolidating, updating, and analyzing marketing data to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials (including social media content), focusing on creative creation and copywriting.
- Support in social media campaigns by conducting audience research, developing content calendars, and monitoring performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or any related discipline such as Performance Marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiastic about social media and with a passion for staying current with the latest trends and best practices.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative suite is an added advantage.
- A creative team player with strong written and verbal communications skills
- Basic understanding of statistics and analytics is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
