We currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2025 Intern in the Generics & I.V. Fluids NAM Division to join our Chemistry team and experience hands-on learning and training.
*This position requires working onsite in Grand Island 3+ days per week.
*U.S. work authorization required: Fresenius Kabi will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization.
*Fresenius Kabi does not provide a housing stipend or relocation assistance for summer internships
Salary Range: $19.00-$21.00/hour
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Responsibilities
*This position requires working onsite in Grand Island, NY 3+ days per week.
Interns will have the opportunity to work in a variety of fields, including:

Adding record codes to all without a record code listed. This task will involve interfacing with personnel in the departments that own the records.

Utilizing exported data from other FK systems to update other fields (such as batch expiry date, event dates, product names, etc.).

Utilizing the Tracking feature of the system to track records to their current destination, and update the information in the manual tracking fields where necessary.

Populating missing data fields by examining the physical records to determine the information.

Correcting typos and spelling errors that may impact the ability to retrieve records.

Other updates that are identified during the course of the project.
Specific Skills/Requirements:

Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program; pursuing a related business field degree;

Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore; and
-
Must be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break.

Must commit to 8-10 weeks of internship.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to write complex formulas.

Ability to use Macros is a plus.

Previous experience with databases is a plus.
