Job Description
Responsibilities
- Upload monthly vendor invoices and vendor registration into COGNIX
- Prepare Park management billing.
- Update monthly utilities and admin expenses report
- To retrieve quote for all company vehicle insurance and road tax renewal and process for payment
- Monitoring all system in sales gallery are kept in good condition
- General office management such as keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary (stationery and pantry items)
- To update monthly Environmental Tracking System in Environmental Health Safety Management
- To submit Appendix A – Supply chain policy to all vendors and servicing contractors
- To work on Annual Corporate Social Responsibility campaign
- Submit claim for manager and above who required
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc).
- Preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, and notice’s
- Booking meeting rooms and conference and events facilities
- Organizing travel and performing accommodation reservation for guest and staff
- Performing other relevant duties when needed
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
