We invite a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team and help build innovative fintech products for our client, a leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses. You’ll manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and alignment with business goals. In this role, you’ll oversee two delivery teams and handle various Scrum Master duties.

- 3+ years of PM experience managing multiple delivery teams
- Strong people management skills (1:1 meetings, feedback, onboarding, performance reviews)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Hands-on Scrum Master experience, facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams in best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills; expertise in managing risks, conflicts, and dependencies
- Proficiency with PM tools like Azure DevOps
- Ability to prioritize, adapt to change, and stay organized under pressure
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Experience working with multi-cultural teams across different time zones
Desirable:
- Knowledge of SAFe methodology
- Scrum Master and SAFe certifications
- Experience building Agile processes, project workflows, and team collaboration practices from scratch
- Expertise in project budgeting
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you'll coordinate the activities of two teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, effective people management, and adherence to Scrum principles.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in following Agile practices
- Plan and assign tasks, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Monitor team performance and maintain accurate time reports
- Manage changes, stakeholder expectations, and mitigate risks effectively
- Drive people management activities (motivation, development, career growth); oversee staffing and onboarding
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide project updates
- Oversee project resources for efficient allocation
- Coordinate night releases to ensure smooth deployment
