POSITION OVERVIEW
BDC is looking for a skilled and motivated Intelligent Automation Specialist to automate and optimize business processes while supporting the technical aspects of our platform and infrastructure.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET

Develop Automation Solutions: Design, develop, and configure automation solutions to meet business requirements.

Technical Support: Assist in updating and maintaining our platform and infrastructure.
-
Develop Reusable Components: Build core components for use across the platform.
-
Ensure Quality: Maintain the quality and reliability of automations.
-
Continuous Improvement: Participate in implementing improvements (technical and functional) as well as change requests.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.

Experience:
-
2 years in software engineering (C#, JavaScript, Python, Java).
-
3 to 5 years with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD tools.
-
Knowledge of Git and GitFlow.
-
Experience in creating RESTful APIs and microservices.
-
Experience with .NET Core or Spring applications.
-
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
-
Experience with DOM, HTML, and JavaScript.

Skills and Abilities
-
Business Process Management: Expertise in automating and optimizing business processes.

Implementation Experience: Success in implementing RPA solutions.

Technical Documentation: Strong skills in creating technical documentation.

Adaptability to a Dynamic Environment: Ability to excel in a dynamic environment.

Business Acumen: Understanding of business case analyses and performance indicators.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Bilingualism: Proficiency in English and French.

Advanced Degrees: Master's or PhD in computer science, engineering, or related fields (asset).
Additional Experience:

Process Mining (asset).

Experience with AI tools such as Chatbots, IDPs, etc. (asset).

UI and acceptance test automation (asset).

Experience in the banking or fintech sector (asset).
