We are looking for you, if you:
-
have knowledge of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and in particular Automation Anywhere Enterprise (AAE),
-
have knowledge of development of robots using the RPA application, in particular AAE,
-
have knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing tools (e.g. Abbyy FlexiCapture, Eigen,
-
have analytical thinking skills in the context of understanding and interpreting business, financial and accounting processes,
-
are able to communicate effectively with the business and respond to their needs and explain technical requirements in a clear manner,
-
are able to identify dependencies and areas susceptible to robotisation,
-
have knowledge of English that allows free conversations in a business environment.
You'll get extra points for:
-
Research & Developement in the development and implementation of new RPA solutions,
-
administration and Life Cycle Management with RPA-type applications,
-
experience in automation using scripting languages,
-
full independence at work, in the area of mentioned above technologies, duties at work and implementations,
-
experience in implementing and administrating RPA kind of application environments, especially AAE,
-
knowledge of Agile approach and Scrum framework,
-
readiness to occasionally go on a business trips.
Your responsibilities:

launching and transferring RPA services,

business trips,

research & development RPA.

Work in a team with IT competences in the areas of Robotics Process Automation. Conducting R&D works and "life cycle management" for the aforementioned areas. Participation in the transfer and launch of RPA services within the ING group entities, mainly in Europe (including foreign delegations).
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be "Process Automation Developer II”.
