POSITION SUMMARY:
The I&C Global Analytics Lead will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of analytic strategies and solutions in support of the Indivior Global I&C Program (IGICP) Strategy globally. The role will work collaboratively and in alignment with IT and relevant corporate protocols. The key responsibilities are to generate program measurement, insights, standardized analytic tools, management reports, and enable continuous evolution of IGICP processes and practices. Additionally, the role will proactively identify opportunities for innovation and leverage technologies to optimize I&C activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Collect, process, and analyze large data sets related to compliance activities, including auditing, monitoring, investigations, and training
- Design, Build and Deploy BI solutions - data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key compliance decisions
- Create detailed and actionable visualizations and reports for various stakeholders
- Maintain and support data analytics and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and translate the business needs to technical specifications
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Support the development and execution of the compliance analytics program, including setting objectives, identifying key performance indicators, and tracking progress
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the compliance data analytics program
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
- Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
- Develop and update technical documentation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BS/BA Undergraduate degree required.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in a data analytics role
- Proficiency in SQL queries and BI technologies
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, QlikView, Tableau) and data analytics, data science knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in data warehouse design and data mining
- In depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP, Veeva and Concur systems is a plus.
- Travel may be required up to 10%.
