Are you our new Solutions Architect for Integrations?
The Solutions Architect will Lead the solution architecture and technology development from design to implementation in integration areas and related projects. Driving changes in the way of working (modernizing the way of working and improve efficiency in the way of working).
What will you do:
- Analyze technical and business requirements
- Act as a liaison between business and IT delivery teams to convert requirements into business outcomes
- Contribute to enterprise architecture work within the API & integration domain
- The role is responsible for providing the solution architecture and solution specific technology landscape design and implementation complying with relevant enterprise architectures and technology strategies.
Location: Riga
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage and coordinate solution and interface architecture and technology development in integration areas and related projects, in line with relevant enterprise architectures, and in cooperation with the business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical architects
- Gather functional and non-functional requirements and architecture/design constraints from projects' stakeholders and deliver respective documentation
- Analyze proactively the entire solution landscape and associated operational processes to ensure architectural compliance, functional and technical fit, reusability, cost optimization and business continuity, and recommend and coordinate the necessary improvements
- Provide implementable requirements for delivery teams
- Ensure compliance of solution design and architecture with enterprise architecture principles, reference models and best practices, as well as with ONE Intrum way of working
- Support enterprise architecture in establishing governance organization, practices and policies in integration domain
- Assess implementation quality of existing solutions and propose improvements if needed
- Collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders, and third parties, to coordinate the delivery of state-of-the-art capabilities and solutions
- Manage risk and secure compliance with laws and regulations within respective solutions, and deliver in line with internal policies and processes
- Resolve ambiguities, conflicts and deviations regarding the solution level architecture and design in integration areas and related projects, escalate to enterprise level when needed
- Promote actively the corporate and employee culture through engagement and teamwork
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrable experience on designing and implementing integration architecture in large international enterprise and complex projects
- Experience on any of the Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman
- Experience on converting business and technical requirements into integration architecture and technology deliverables
- Experience on working with technology strategies and roadmaps
- Ability to perform reviews on the entire integration landscape, and recommend and drive necessary improvements
- Successful track record of managing architecture in complex projects
- Demonstrable experience on multiple role specific competencies
- You understand business capabilities, processes and requirements
- You have strong analytical skills
- Prototyping and design thinking

- Integration best practices, integration patterns
- API-based integration/API-led connectivity/API gateways
- API design and implementation
- Data/event streaming, event-driven architecture
- File integrations
- A2A and B2B integrations
- Technologies: RESTful APIs, OpenAPI, MuleSoft, Confluent/Kafka
- Cloud/hybrid integration approaches
