Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.
The Integration Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the integration of CORE components in our organization.
This role requires a deep understanding of integration technologies (with a focus on microservices/API), excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of integration specialists.
You will play a key role in integration strategy and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of integration engineers, in the development, and implementation of CORE Microservices/API solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and ensure seamless integration of systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.

Mentor and guide junior integration specialists.

Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and best practices.

Review integration components developed internally or by partners.

Monitor the adoption of methodologies and good practices and promote improvements.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of hand-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on microservices (JAVA) and APIs.

Proven experience as an Integration Tech Lead or similar role (3+ years).

Proven experience with API Gateways such as IBM or Apigee (3+ years),

Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

Experience with API design principles and best practices (RESTful APIs, OpenAPI Specs).

Solid understanding of security concepts like OAuth, OIDC, and/or security protocols.

Experience with API testing methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Knowledge of the Bank Industry (a plus).
