We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our Professional Services team and help drive seamless integrations between our platform and other systems. In this role, you will be at the heart of scoping, implementing, and maintaining integrations that connect our clients’ web stores to critical external systems. If you are a tech-savvy problem solver passionate about connecting systems and optimizing workflows, excel at analyzing complex requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and have a strong background in integration tools and APIs, we want to hear from you! 

You will:

  • Specialize in Miva Connect implementations

  • Technical lead of client-facing interactions for our Miva Connect integrations’ discovery sessions

  • Analyze system requirements, business requirements, and data flows to identify integration needs and challenges

  • Scope and provide estimates for work requests and projects

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration solutions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including performance issues

  • Create and maintain documentation for integration solutions

  • Work closely with a highly collaborative Professional Services team, including Project Managers, Developers, Designers, and Account Managers

  • Work cross-functionally with other internal teams at Miva, as well as external client teams

  • Maintain daily productivity standards to effectively service our active and healthy flow of work requests and projects

  • Adhere to the Miva Merchant coding guidelines

  • Service general web development and Miva development work requests when required and between integration work

  • Quality assurance testing and code reviews

  • Perform other duties as assigned

You have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a web development environment, preferably working on an eCommerce platform

  • Integration solution architecture

  • Integrating with ERPs, WMSs, CRMs, etc.

  • Design/build/test APIs

  • API Standards: REST and SOAP

  • Comfortable with JavaScript, PHP, SQL, HTML & CSS

  • Version Control – git, bitbucket, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including client-facing service

Bonus points if you have:

  • iPaaS experience

  • Celigo experience

  • Experience working in eCommerce

  • Familiarity with EDI and GraphQL standards

  • Cloud Infrastructure

The salary range for this position is $80k - $95k annually. This information is current as of the initial date of this job posting and may be modified in the future. The actual pay determined for an individual will vary based on job-related factors such as relevant experience and/or education, particular skills, and location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan.
