We are currently seeking a Remote Integration Project Manager that can excel at effectively guiding projects and teams to successful project completion in a timely manner. Ideally, the Integration Project Manager is an experienced healthcare technical project manager who has an interest in the digital health industry with a focus on cardiac device management and cardiac remote monitoring. The Integration PM is responsible for supporting product knowledge and effectively communicating with varying internal and external roles including but not limited to leadership, administrators, peers, client IT and clinical liaison project team members. This role serves as primary PaceMate point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned EHR projects and is responsible for meeting customer needs and maintaining company objectives throughout the EHR rollout process. The Integration Project Manager is also responsible for supporting sales discussions and collaborating to improve the launch process and procedures. The Integration Project Manager is responsible for collaborating with team members to ensure a successful project installation and experience for the client.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scope, plan, and manage all technical aspects of PaceMate’s EHR integration projects.
- Successfully prioritize project objectives (within each project and across supporting projects)
- Manage several multi-faceted projects at once across varying EHR platforms
- Support Integration analyst by providing needed client and project specific information to complete handler creation and database set-up.
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced team environment across internal and client teams throughout various lines of business
- Establish a positive and productive culture among project teams and maintaining that culture through stressful project cycles and project setbacks as is normal through project lifecycle
- Identify technical risks to the project and calling those out transparently to the project team while also providing solutions to mitigate those risks with ultimate goal being resolution
- Track and manage the time and objectives for multiple projects while providing weekly report outs of project status for peers and leaders to read and understand
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other PaceMate team members included in the project scope and client contact
- Provide support to Sales staff with scoping potential projects and engagements.
- Use client feedback obtained directly or shared by other team members to work with EPIC TS and support version updates to Implementation Guide, or Cerner / Oracle Data Collection Workbooks (DCW)
- Support Integration analyst in testing product enhancements via Postman testing, HL7 file spec finalization, NON-PROD testing, You Track, documentation, and internal education
- Other assigned tasks as determined by leadership

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with managing multiple types and sizes of EHR integration or technical projects.
- Proven experience in overseeing or participating in executing the design and implementation of technical projects for software, systems, or products.
- Strives to lead and encourage strong, multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while remaining flexible to understand both business and technical perspectives.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals on all levels throughout the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent planning, time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Familiar with standard Business & IT concepts, practices, and procedures. Wiliness to perform a variety of tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or in an area of specialty is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience, as approved by the department director.
- Certification(s) in the area of specialty or project management is a plus.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Position is primarily a remote-based role however travel may be expected on a pre-planned basis as determined by the manager / leadership team. Travel is estimated to be less than 20%. Travel

- New hire or team training (estimated 2-3 business days in person meetings outside of travel time) during onboarding
- PaceMate in person team meetings (estimated annually or twice annually)
- Sales meeting for an onsite sales client visit (typically 1 business day for meeting plus travel time)
- Industry conference meetings, such as HRS or EHR-vendor conference sessions (length based on conference session)
