A Day in the LifeWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OEM Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing integrations with our strategic alliances, handling post-integration issues, and overseeing Product Change Notifications (PCNs) with our partners. You will be the go-to person for addressing technical questions and ensuring smooth follow-up on PCN approvals.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Coordinate and manage the integration process with strategic alliance partners.
- Ensure seamless integration of our products with partners’ systems.
- Perform Qualification acceptance testing to ensure the Integration is verified.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise after integration.
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to address and resolve concerns.
- Provide technical support and guidance to partners throughout the integration process.
- Answer technical questions and offer solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Manage and process PCNs related to product changes.
- Respond to technical inquiries from partners regarding PCNs.
- Follow up to ensure timely approval and implementation of PCNs.
- Maintain accurate records of integration activities and PCN processes.
- Prepare and present reports on integration status and PCN progress.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and quality assurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably with OEM or integration experience. Top graduates will be considered.
- Understanding of product integration processes and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PCN processes and technical documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English. Other languages – Advantage.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a global team and independently.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals.
