About the role: 

We're hiring an Integrated Designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our clients' brand identities. Leveraging your expertise in social trends and best practices, this role will primarily work along with a social media team of experts to deliver culturally relevant content that drives awareness and engagement. In this role, you will ideate, plan, design and deliver high-quality and culturally relevant static and video social content across for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and any emerging platforms. Additionally, you will stay current with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

You will be taking creative projects from brief to completion, working as a part of our dedicated agency team. You’re a leader who can own your projects and execute them efficiently and effectively to deliver design quality, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring that all content follows brand guidelines and channel-specific best practices and requirements.

This is a hybrid role working onsite up to 2 days per week.

What you will be doing: 

  • Leading creative direction for visual content across all social platforms
  • Delivering briefs from concept to completion, working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and execution    
  • Producing beautiful and innovative designs for our client’s digital, social and video channels  
  • Having a strong understanding of conceptualization, digital design, graphic design, illustration, typography, and brand standards while staying up-to-date with emerging social, content, and design trends
  • Defining or adapting the brand look and feel for a variety of channels or platforms while adhering to brand guidelines   
  • Developing creative and graphic concepts across multiple touch points in collaboration with assigned teams to meet the objectives of the content  
  • Overseeing and managing the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications  
  • Following projects throughout all stages of production and online deployment  

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 5+ years of integrated design experience across a variety of collateral including digital, motion graphics, production
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects)
  • Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding how to work across various digital and social content types and formats
  • Platform expertise and strong understanding of audience segmentation across a variety of key social platforms
  • Creative individual with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable and charismatic in front of the camera, participating in the making of our content
  • Able to present a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and design / video skills, including a strong sense of typography and layout—demonstrating talent in design, composition, and color
  • Motion and video skills using After Effects & Premiere Storyboarding Animation concepts
  • The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $80,000.00 to $90,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package
