The Opportunity
- Supports the development and execution of effective, customer-centric consumer marketing programs rooted in insight-led Marketing Briefs.
- Support global content development across the ideal customer experience, leading the implementation of global templates, standards, and evergreen content in collaboration with digital comms, area marketing and marketing ops.
- Lead the development of GTM launch collateral and on-market product communications support in collaboration with Product Marketing. Drive and own the successful execution of product and campaign launches and on-market messaging (i.e., quality of product collateral, deployment of launch materials, ongoing product communications).
- Act as a key contact for consumer and product communications with marketing agency partners.
- Ensure Brand visual and verbal consistency in messaging across consumer marketing initiatives
- Partner with cross functional teams such as Global Market Insights team to deploy internal marketing research and testing initiatives in support of optimizing consumer marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with Area teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated, and the optimal customer experience is delivered.
What You’ll Work On
- Solid omnichannel marketing and diabetes experience and expertise
- Ability to successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels
- High learning agility, adaptability, and comfort with complexity and ambiguity
- High customer centricity / customer-first orientation
- Depth of experience in developing strategic marketing programs with an eye toward executional excellence in delivery
- Translate business problems into research objectives and integrate cross-functional questions/needs into all research to ensure insights are relevant and actionable across teams; proactively share and present research findings across the business
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years related experience, with at least two years of experience in marketing, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Marketing product/brand marketing experience.
- 2 in either health care/OTC marketing; or consumer packaged goods marketing; or a combination of the two preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of confidence and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates good executive presence.
- Strong demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence partners in other functional areas.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working across functional areas and at varying levels of the organization.
- Previous experience with brand and product management, marketing strategy, marketing effectiveness, and strong communication and organization skills ideal.

$109,300.00 – $218,500.00
