We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Treasury team as an Insurance & Treasury Analyst. This dual-focused role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to two critical areas of the organization: insurance and treasury. While the primary emphasis will be on supporting the global insurance function, the role will also include assisting the treasury team with various administrative and operational tasks.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of corporate insurance coverage on a global scale and supporting treasury functions to optimize cash flow, risk management, and compliance. Essential Job Functions:
Insurance support (70%)
- Assist in the renewal processes for various corporate insurance lines, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Support the issuance of insurance certificates for global business units
- Ensure the timely and accurate payment of insurance invoices
- Collect data from various departments to update insurance values
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper registration and reconciliation of insurance-related invoices
- Assist in the management and follow-up of insurance claims, ensuring documentation is complete and processes are efficient
- Maintain and update insurance databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Provide administrative support to the insurance team, including preparing reports, organizing meetings, and coordinating with external brokers or insurers
Treasury support (30%)
- Assist with the preparation and management of treasury processes, including collecting required documentation and liaising with financial institutions
- Support cash flow forecasting
- Process treasury-related invoices and ensure proper recording and compliance with internal policies
- Maintain treasury databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Provide administrative support for treasury activities, including reporting and preparing documentation for audits or compliance purposes
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
- Min. 2+ years’ experience in Insurance, and Treasury preferred
- Fluent in Business English
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Open to learning and eager to gro in a dual-focused role with diverse duties
