Your role:
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to fill the role of an Insurance Audit Reviewer. This position requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently and collaboratively. The primary responsibilities include providing review support, quality assurance and support for our premium audit operations and audit processes.
In 6 Months, you will be:
- Primary reviewer of all premium audits including physical, virtual and phone.
- Effectively manage and review audit queue.
- Ensure audits align with industry standards, LAI, state-specific rules, and carrier specific guidelines.
- Mentor auditors to increase audit quality.
- Provide clear communication to auditors during the review process (via phone and/or email).
- Maintaining production and quality standards as directed.
What you need to be successful:
- 1-2 years insurance audit experience (Preferred)
- A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures
- Working knowledge of PASS, ASUM, and Nexus (Preferred)
- WCRIB Certification (Preferred)
- APA designation (Preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures.

Your Compensation:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $18.00 per hour - $22.00 per hour.
The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
