KUBRA is seeking a talented Learning Content Designer to create effective, clear, and engaging learning experiences that enhance performance for our clients and team members. As a Learning Content Designer, you will be responsible for the design and development of high-quality learning content, including eLearning courses, microlearning modules, and video-based training. This position requires expertise in instructional design principles, interactive course development, and multimedia creation. You will work closely with subject matter experts, training specialists, and other stakeholders to develop impactful learning materials tailored to our users' specific needs.


This is a hybrid work opportunity that requires three days onsite at our Mississauga office.

What you get to do everyday:

  • Create, publish, and maintain our Learning Library for all KUBRA Products, Processes, and Technology.
  • Design, create, and publish content for certification courses at KUBRA.
  • Use project management tools to plan, manage, and deliver content development projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create impactful content.
  • Ensure accurate translation of learning objectives into the learning content being produced.
  • Conduct usability testing of prototypes to gather user feedback and iterate on content.
  • Embrace different formats of self-service training, such as videos, interactive e-learning, and screen-recorded tutorials.
  • Contribute to and apply a company Style Guide in coordination with various departments.
  • Optimize learning materials for accessibility and diverse devices.
  • Develop engaging eLearning courses and video-based training content using tools like Articulate 360 and Vyond.

What skills do you need:

  • 4-5 years of content design & development experience.
  • Experience designing and developing eLearning and virtual instructor-led training.
  • Experience with graphic design and video for business applications.
  • Exposure to learning management systems.
  • Demonstrated competence with Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Visio, and other PC applications.
  • Excellent skills to express complex technical issues orally, in writing, and visually.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of professional personnel.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) and Vyond.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Illustrator.
