This is a rare opportunity to join our recently established ANZ Institutional team and represent a standout brand in CMC Connect. The Institutional Sales role can offer you variety in your day-to-day tasks, from overseeing all aspects of the relationship with clients after the point of sale to growing a new client base, leading new sales and driving revenue generation from institutional customers. You’ll be playing in fields that no other institutional brokers can do in terms of our stance in the market, product range, state-of-the-art technology and continuous push into new markets.

What You’ll Be Working On:

You’ll be responsible for helping to develop the institutional sales and account management functions of CMC Connect ANZ and assisting with the oversight of ongoing strategic product needs, keeping alignment with the Group’s institutional strategy. You’ll ensure the successful growth and maintenance of CMC’s institutional business in the ANZ region, achieving key sales and account management KPIs. In return, we are offering you the choice of which commission/bonus structure best suits your preferences and capabilities.

Your target clients are retail brokers, banks, hedge funds, family offices and other fintech providers, primarily offering margin foreign exchange, CFD instruments and other derivative asset classes, and presenting different trading solutions including API connectivity, White Label and Introducing Broker arrangements.

What Will Help You Be Successful:

• B2B sales/relationship management experience within financial markets is highly desirable
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of the institutional aspect of the online trading industry
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management
• Confidence, drive and the ability to take personal responsibility for delivering results
• RG146 certification, including annual CPD points
• Eligibility to work in Australia permanently
