About The Role:

As an Insights Manager, you will dive deep into market research, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to unearth actionable insights that will inform and drive our strategic decisions. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future direction of Feastables, ensuring that our strategies are backed by solid data and a deep understanding of our market, customers, and consumers..

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, consumer preferences, trends, opportunities, and market dynamics within the CPG industry
  • Managing the entire insights lifecycle, from defining objectives, designing research methodologies, analyzing data, to presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Driving successful innovation by identifying emerging consumers trends and unmet needs, translating these insights into consumer-centric recommendations, and driving relevant action with cross functional teams
  • Leading the development and execution of comprehensive research studies and consumer insight initiatives, identifying trends and opportunities that inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and R&D, to provide strategic insights that support business objectives
  • Managing a portfolio of research projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with actionable outcomes
  • Championing a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Establish and maintain relationships with research vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient use of resources

Recipe For Success:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage CPG industry
  • Proven track record in consumer insights, market research or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of primary research techniques, product / concept testing and consumer insights analysis
  • Experience in adjacent and/or disruptive innovation, with a focus on identifying consumer needs and connecting them to unique brand equity
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic insights
  • World-class communication and presentation skills
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to see the bigger picture and how insights drive business strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics or a related field
