TechSmart is a Seattle, WA based EdTech software company that is reinventing the way coding & software development is taught in schools. We partner with school districts to provide teacher professional learning, a 3rd-12th grade curriculum pathway, and a cloud-based Teaching & Learning Platform. The Opportunity

We’re growing fast and rapidly expanding nationally. We are at an exciting inflection point where we are building out our sales team to power the next level of our growth trajectory. We are looking for high performance business development / sales development representatives to join our sales team

In this role you will:

  • Be part of a highly collaborative sales team unlike any other. We’ve thrown out the traditional sales playbook and are re-defining a brand new approach to SaaS sales - focused on delivering deep expertise and thought leadership through highly collaborative, strategic, team-based selling.

    Job Requirements

    • 1+ years experience in outbound B2B sales, business development or sales development roles
    • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred
    • Basic knowledge of K-12 education market preferred
    • Experience with Salesforce (or like) CRM and web presentation tools

    This is a full-time position with a base salary of $55,000. Expected on-target earnings (OTE) after commission ranges from $80,000 - $100,000+
