Responsibilities:
As our Inside Sales Representative and Salesforce Administrator, you will:
Drive Revenue Growth:
- Leverage your persuasive communication skills to sell our cutting-edge products and services through various remote channels.
- Master the art of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations that showcase our solutions' value proposition.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to our company's bottom line.
Optimize Our Salesforce CRM:
- Take ownership of our Salesforce instance, ensuring it remains a powerful tool for our sales team.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards that provide actionable intelligence to drive sales strategies.
- Implement advanced automation and workflows to streamline our sales processes and boost team productivity.
- Maintain data integrity and security within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Bridge the Gap Between Sales and Technology:
- Act as the go-to expert for all things Salesforce, providing training and support to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with both the sales and IT teams to align our technological capabilities with our sales objectives.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to our sales tech stack.
Qualifications:
Required
Salesforce Administrator Certification
3-5 Years inside sales experience in federal/technical space

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$47,100-$96,500
