Kiddom is seeking a motivated and results-driven Hybrid Sales Representative to be part of our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on the Texas Math Adoption and Tennessee Science Adoption markets. It is a hybrid position requiring a mix of remote work and in-person client meetings, with 50% travel to engage directly with key decision-makers.

- Identify and engage potential clients in Texas and Tennessee, leveraging cold calling, networking, social media, and in-person meetings to build a strong pipeline.
- Conduct detailed conversations with educators and administrators to understand their curriculum adoption needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.
- Demonstrate Kiddom’s innovative educational solutions via virtual and in-person meetings, emphasizing alignment with TX Math and TN Science curriculum requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into state-specific education trends and how Kiddom supports curriculum adoption.
- Strategically manage and expand the TX & TN sales territory, ensuring consistent growth and pipeline development.
What we're looking for...
- 3+ years of proven success in sales, particularly within K-12 education and curriculum adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a $1.3M annual sales quota with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesloft for CRM and sales process optimization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to build lasting relationships and provide exceptional client service.
- Deep understanding of state adoption cycles, educator needs, and instructional trends in Texas and Tennessee.
- 30% travel for in-person meetings and events within TX and TN.
Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
