WHO YOU ARE
The Account Executive based in Salt Lake City (or greater SLC area) will be part of the founding inside sales team and will be instrumental in helping build this team from the ground up. You will sell to local healthcare providers in a given territory and help to build the foundation to scale this team to a much larger effort.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Identify and engage with healthcare providers through outbound efforts, including 60+ cold calls per day, emails, and creative networking strategies within your given territory
- You’ll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients in your assigned region, nurturing relationships to drive long-term revenue growth.
- Partner with theRegional VP and sales team to develop networking strategies that continue to further the network in the territory
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to refine your approach and value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and sales activity in Salesforce to track progress and optimize sales efficiency.
- Consistently achieve and surpass established quarterly and annual sales targets to drive the success of our sales team and contribute to the organization's overall growth.
- Uncoverclient needs and challenges, positioning our solutions as essential to their business' success.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable rates and contracts.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Be an evangelist of Nomi Health by serving as an advocate and spokesperson, effectively communicating our company’s mission, products, and value to both internal and external audiences
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:
- Proven sales experience (SDR, inside sales, full-cycle AE, or B2B sales preferred)
- Ability to prospect, set, and close deals independently
- Strong cold calling experience (not afraid to pick up the phone and dial!)
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to strategize and execute territory growth plans
- Experience or familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforcepreferred)
- Ability to establish and nurture relationships with prospects
- Genuine sense of curiosity when it comes to different personas and buying needs, as well as learning about the constantly evolving industry
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, displaying ownership and proactive initiative in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
WHAT COULD HAVE YOU STAND OUT:
- Experience as a SDR previously that wants to be trained how to manage a full sales cycle
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota consistently
