Meet the team:

The Dexcom Customer Support role is an exciting role that requires a high level of customer service and account administration skills.  The position engages with a number of internal and external stakeholders, predominantly patients using Dexcom products.  It requires professionalism, attention to the detail, organisation skills and a willingness to go the extra mile. There can be times of high workloads, so someone who displays tenacity and resilience will go far.

Where you come in:

  • You will deal with patient emails and phone calls, providing advice and support and reviewing accounts to ensure they are set up and correctly.
  • You will be able to confidently deal with challenging situations to ensure good customer outcomes are achieved.
  • Support the achievement of monthly objectives for revenue and new customer acquisition targets.
  • Support all elements of delivering exceptional customer service, including responsibility for inbound and outbound calls, email communications and order fulfilment.
  • Follow up on subscription accounts to ensure they are set up correctly and up to date with their payments.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions on how to improve and develop pre and post sales interaction with Dexcom leads/customers, creating a continuous positive experience.
  • Utilise internal systems (Salesforce) to organize daily activities and accurately record all customer interactions.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Dexcom products and systems, and confidently deal with any enquiries relating to patients and their user journey (training will be provided).
  • Provide support to Inside Sales Supervisor as required.

  • You will have a strong ability with Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and be able to learn new processes and systems easily.

Travel Required:

  • 0-5% (attendance to the Vilnius office will be required on occasion, and potentially annual visits to UK office).

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,643.33 to €2,030.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
