Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Ciudad Acuña! This position acts as the liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow. This Inside Sales Representative will be empowered to make business decisions within set guidelines to help grow the business and meet or exceed sales goals directly affecting their compensation plan.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing account relationships by providing strategic service and support to your assigned customer base
  • Managing the Quote to Invoice process - coordinate resources and processing of customer quotations, negotiate pricing and Quote mark up and notify customer of all/any price increases
  • Providing excellent service to customers - submitting quotes in a timely manner, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, working with internal and external partners to procure product to fulfill orders, troubleshooting customer problems, staying connected with each customer on a regular basis
  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Responsible for on-going sales support activities for the Order to Invoice process
  • Other duties as assigned
  • This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and 3 years of experience, a 2-year degree and equivalent related experience or no degree and 5 years of experience
  • Strong sales and negotiating abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English
  • Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Previous use of Oracle is a plus


Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
