Join a world class sales team at a company experiencing tremendous growth as we expand in Atlanta’s North Perimeter. As a member of our sales team, you will earn base pay and uncapped commissions with top agents earning $150-$200k per year while changing lives and helping people gain financial freedom. This role is in-person (onsite) in our Atlanta North Perimeter office. This role is full-time (40+ hours per week) with required weekend flexibility. 

In this role you will:

  • Assess customers’ financial situation and guide them towards Beyond’s services
  • Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniques
  • Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to manage their debt
  • Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
  • Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

  • You are self-motivated and highly driven
  • Success in exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment environment 
  • Sees challenges as opportunities. Sees objections as buying questions
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Financial Services experience is a plus
  • Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills

What You Can Expect

  • Base Salary + Commission Range: $32,000—$200,000+ USD.
  • Extensive hands-on sales training that sets you up for success
  • There is no cold calling at Beyond Finance. All prospective customers have requested debt consolidation solutions
  • A typical day consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume setting
