1. Identify and qualify leads through proactive outbound prospecting efforts, including cold-calling, and email campaigns.
2. Develop an understanding of our wireless networking products and solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential customers tailoring each solution based on the end user’s requirements.
3. Work closely with the Sales Manager to create and execute strategic sales plans targeting key market segments and verticals.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
6. Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist in crafting tailored solutions.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in Salesforce.
8. Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities as well as provide weekly progression updates.
9. Wireless knowledge and fiber experience preferred.
10.Bilingual Spanish/English speaker preferred.

We offer a total compensation package that consists of competitive pay and other forms of compensation such as bonuses, commission, wellness perks, as well as benefit programs for employees (and their families).
This position offers, employees (and their families) medical, dental, vision, long term care, disability, and basic life insurance.
